This exhibition will feature four types of work, Puddles, Larva Paintings, Thread Paintings, and Bubble Paintings, that have formed one basis of Emil Lukas’ practice over decades. While initially the modes seem distinct in material and appearance, they are rooted in Lukas’ passion for inquiry, experiment, discovery, and intuition.
