Black and White
A two person exhibition by Greta Brubaker and Adam MacHose
Reception on Thursday, Feb 21, 4:30-6 pm
Greta Brubaker‘s images from her central Pennsylvania series “Off Road” explore the current state of the landscape. She holds a MFA in photography from Rhode Island School of Design; an A.B. in studio art, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, from Muhlenberg College, Allentown. She is a visiting instructor and lecturer in art at Lafayette. Her work has been exhibited in Pennsylvania at both the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts and Freedman Gallery, Albright College, in Reading, and Lehigh University, Bethlehem.
Adam MacHose overlaps photographs using a computational method he developed to generate a particular aesthetic result. This technique allows him to generate portraits of other artists he knows personally and admires. As Lafayette’s Williams Arts Campus Technology Coordinator, he works with the ITS, Art, Film and Media Studies, and theater departments to integrate technology and the arts.
